It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs without much effort. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are dangling in that way. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.

During our testing during our testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. It's a little more difficult to close, however. You must slide a slider, and then press a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be a hassle particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. It's a little narrow however you'll probably need to leave something inside for the back to take it out. The Cloud comes with a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too narrow for larger bottles or cups.

Their first products were crib pads and diapers, but they now manufacture an array of baby products, including highchairs, strollers for infants, car seats and toys. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that is great for traveling. It weighs only 18lbs and is lighter than some single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have windows that peek out and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. Plus, it has a one step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also great to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. The stroller does not accept car seats so your kids should be at least six months old and have a solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. It does have a nice, three panel sun canopy, however each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as cup holders for the parents.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light side by side stroller. If you're looking for a stroller that is lightweight but also loaded with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at 13 pounds but also offers plenty of storage space in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket, and more. This stroller is also able to fit a child's car seat and features a brake that can be used flip-flop. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only runs on swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking capabilities which means it won't be the best choice for rocky or hilly terrain.
